Quality Policy


Evo-Tec Installation Ltd has adopted the following policy to help communicate the most important attributes of Business Process in the workplace.


It is the company’s intention to remain a market leader with respect to quality of products and services, and to provide such products and services to meet the needs of our customers –at all times. The company is committed to meeting the internal and external obligations we set forth and to using the Quality Management System as a tool to drive continuous improvement.


For us, quality is defined as conforming to processes that are directly related to the satisfaction of our customers, the well-being and creativity of our employees, and our business efficiency. The system concentrates on prevention of error, assessment of Key Performance Indicators, transparent feedback and review, and effectively communicated corrective action.


The company is a private company engaged in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Fire and Security Systems that meet the following requirements:


  • Intruder and Hold-up Alarm Systems to PD 6662, BS EN 50131-1, BS 8243, BS 8473 and BS 9263;
  • CCTV Systems to NCP 104 NSI Code of Practice and BS 8418;
  • Access Control Systems to NCP 109 NSI Code of Practice;
  • NSI Quality Schedules SSQS 101 and FSQS 121;
  • Fire Detection and Alarm Systems to BS 5839 Part 1 and Part 6, BS 7273, BS 7671, BAFE SP 203 Part 1 (Fire Alarms) and Part 4 (Emergency Lighting), and BAFE SP 101 Part 1 for Portable Fire Extinguishers.


This policy is communicated in a number of ways to all employees:


  • QMS training conducted during induction;
  • Publication on the company website;
  • This section of the QMS manual; and
  • Displayed in certain communal areas throughout the company premises.


It is the responsibility of management to communicate to all employees how the Quality Policy is relevant in the context of their specific department goals and activities.


All applicable statutory and legal requirements are reviewed annually.
